The processing of utility invoicing is a basic process for every company and little time or expense is incurred for companies with one or few locations. Invoices are generally verified to the previous months to validate amount and then a credit note / refund is processed, hopefully, before the invoice is due.

However, for sites with multiple locations, this can be a time-consuming and costly process. The need to process invoices quickly usually bypasses the normal auditing process and, in many cases, the invoices are still due and processed beyond their required due date and incurring high percentage late fees per account which results in significant cost being added to company overheads. Our service greatly reduces this cost.

Our service enables invoices to be mailed directly to iCommercial. Invoices will be reviewed for errors prior to payment to the invoicing company. Any adjustments that can be made in advance will be reported to the vendor at the time of payment. The Client will fund a secure account for payment before vendor payments are released.

Reports will be provided to the client detailing all payments for accounting purposes. Invoice copies are available on request to the Client in CD format

Online Utility Management


Many Clients with multiple locations require information at their fingertips. They realise the amount of time that could be spent in collecting and formatting reports detailing energy consumption on a location/region/company basis. We provide this service online.

Reporting detailing cost by utility and location will be created allowing iCommercial to track expenses by location and other determined sorting criteria on behalf of the Client. The reporting will be maintained and updated so that Client information will be current. Reporting will be customised per the Client's needs, they can include:
